Your growing body needs water so you can be at your best. Here are some ways to tell if your body needs more water.

  • You’re thirsty! This is your body telling you it needs more water.
  • You feel tired, weak or dizzy. Sometimes all you need is more water.
  • It’s hot outside. When you sweat, your body is losing water and asking for more.
  • Your pee is dark yellow, like apple juice. When you have been drinking enough water, your pee will be very light yellow, almost clear. If it’s not, drink more water.
